Little Lively {Chelan}

I'm so glad I was able to coax Lively's mom and dad into letting me document this amazing stage of her life!  I'm in love with the summer weather and lighting and could have posted 30 or more pictures here because this was such a great session.  Her big brother and sister adore this precious girl and loved working with me.  Sometimes kids aren't exactly a fan of the camera but not these two, as long as they got to cuddle and love on Lively they were happy to have me around.

This session was a mixture of clean and simple as well as a few brightly colored shots.  I always think that I'm going to love doing bright colors with newborns but when I am in the moment, the simple ones end up being my highlights.

Hansen Family {Chelan}

This session was on a perfect sunlit evening overlooking Lake Chelan which as you can tell is completely gorgeous.  I love when I get to meet happy families that really enjoy being together and I could tell right from the beginning that this group has a lot of fun together.  The three amazing little girls were a blast to work with and I probably could have taken pictures for hours with them if they would have let me!  The classy black and white that they chose for pictures is so pretty with the bright lake and vineyard colors around them.  Doing family pictures while on vacation is such a great way to enjoy summer and remember all of those special memories that are made on trips like this!

Sparks Family {Alta Lake}

This family session was amazing!  We had the warmest day without wind that has happened for awhile so that made it even more lovely.  I haven't had a lot of opportunities to shoot at Alta Lake but I think it will become one of my favorites!  The Sparks family was fantastic to work with and made my job so easy! Their bright summer colors were perfect for this location and they were even willing to hike into the brush for me so I could get some fun shots!  AJ and Addison were the sweetest kids and I loved that AJ was so willing to jump off trees and climb things for me.  Addison may have had the most fun with this family outing and was always trying to think of new ideas for me.  I can't wait to edit the rest of these!
